Projects have included pre-paid card software on the Mastercard network, internal Learning Management Systems (LMS) for a national care agency and embedded software for golf range machinery.
Leading technical development side of a well-funded startup in the Real Estate / PropTech sector. Focus on developing a bespoke software platform for research from the ground up. Features included a custom advertising platform and automated administration running on Rails and ReactJS.
Creative Intent was born from the success of a custom ecommerce application which I had developed from my growing years of experience. The system incorporated online payments, catalogues, content management and CRM.
Whilst adapting to the challenges of running a business, we succeeded in scaling and winning clients including Adnams and Paddy & Scotts. Hands-on building custom websites and software including mobile apps and Wordpress plugins to support our web designers. Winners of the 2012 East Anglian Business Awards in the “Startup of the Year” category.
The business was acquired by Infotex in 2014 following its success.
Decision maker, in charge of creating specifications and managing teams for technical development projects including ecommerce and customer management software. Hands- on in developing the software and websites when required for customers including AXA Insurance and Suffolk Food Hall.

Co-ordinating operations within an historic grassroots football club offering open-age and youth football within the community.
The club has undergone a sustained period of growth at both open-age and youth levels with the recent introduction of an additional mens' team and two new youth sides.
As an FA Licensed Coach I have been hands-on with development of youth players aged from 4 to 16 including the introduction of a weekly Saturday Morning Club for boys and girls aged 4 to 11. To date, this has created opportunity for around 30 children to gain their first experience of playing football.
In addition, the introduction of an FA supported SSE Wildcats Centre for Girls has allowed us to offer a unique opportunity to girls in Saxmundham for the first time.
Overseeing the introduction of a new online platform to manage day-to-day running of a large open-age grassroots football league.
Organising monthly meetups to support the development of around 30 local football referees with guest speakers and mentorship regularly on offer.
